Fill out our contact form or Call us with the Date you’re interested in booking, Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll email or call you back to let you know if your dates available for booking.
We will send you our Online Wedding Planning Paperwork to your email. We will also send you a Digital Contract that you will review & sign via DocuSign. We have a few payment options that include Venmo, Apple Pay, Checks & Invoices that can be paid online. We don’t accept Cash Payments as we like to keep a paper trail for our clients.
Once you receive your Digital Paperwork we will setup a meeting with you & your significant other to go over any questions you may have as well as talk about your Vision for your big day. Typically we do this over Starbucks Coffee. We can sitdown as many times as you’d like leading up to your event.
Two weeks prior to your event we will meet up with you to collect any paperwork as well as help fill in any unanswered questions. We also will confirm all names of your bridal party & nail down every detail and confirm the gameplan.
We will arrive the Day before if your venue allows to setup our equipment. The Day of your event we will arrive 2-3 Hours early to setup our Ceremony sound system (If Outdoors) as well as make sure everything’s ready to go on our end. Once your first guest arrives to the ceremony (Typically 1 hour prior) we will begin Pre-Ceremony Music.

Once Ceremony is complete we will head to the Reception venue & start cocktail hour while you finish photos with your photographer. Cocktail Hour consists of a variety of Fun Upbeat music everyone can enjoy at a volume that’s not overpowering for the guests. We also will be making announcements about your guest book or any special event you have going. Once photos are completed we will introduce you & your bridal party & flow through the rest of the evening in a timely manner (Coordinating with your photographer) and keeping a good flow. Once we finish everything we will dance the night away until you the client tells us to call it a night.
